When will my order ship?
You will receive a notification email when your order has been shipped. We usually ship within 24 to 72 hours. Until then, you can email us to make an inquiry and we will get back to you on the status of your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we no longer support International Shipping.

My order never arrived.
If your order never arrived please email us to make a request. We will make every reasonable attempt to track the package and notify you of its whereabouts.

An item is missing or wrong item shipped.
Usually there is a simple explanation when an item is incorrect, or left out of a shipment. When this happens we work to correct this problem immediately. If you still have questions please email us for help.

How do I cancel my order/item?
You can cancel your order with no charge to you anytime prior to shipping. Once the order has been shipped you cannot cancel the order, but you may return the order once it has been received. Please email us to make a request.

How do I return my product?
Our goal is to please you, the customer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products we offer a full refund upon return of product(s) (less a 10% restocking fee + shipping). Please email us to submit a request for a return order authorization.

When will my credit appear on my account?
Any credits to your account will usually show up within 48 hours. Often times we may credit your account, but the credit card authorization may not show for up to a week.
